Choosing the best monthly subscription plan to fit your business needs has never been easier. Prices are reoccurring monthly subscription charges and each package includes all the services listed, including a Xero Standard subscription, on us. The subscription plan you choose will be the only price you pay each month.*
The listed pricing applies to new clients starting with current, up-to-date bookkeeping records. For clients requiring catch-up work for books running behind schedule, an agreed-upon fee for catch-up work will be negotiated in order to bring the books current before starting with your monthly plan.
*A one-time, flat fee of $150 is charged to new clients for account set-up and administrative functions to get started.
**Banking Accounts are defined as all accounts containing any business-related transactions which include, but not limited to bank, credit card, virtual credit card, PayPal, merchant processors, loans, lines of credit, or payroll provider accounts.
***Businesses with more than 10 banking accounts, over $25K in monthly expense transactions, or those needing more customized accounting requirements can be negotiated for an agreed-upon monthly rate. Please contact us to discuss this option in greater detail.
